Right on the Inside

I received a message with the same title in my inbox today. I’d been pondering a post, waiting for inspiration. When this came to me I knew I should just begin and see what is inside me waiting to be released.

Years ago I was very concerned about being “Right” on the Outside. How I look to other people. OK maybe not that long ago maybe last year. It took me a year to move forward with this website. I was afraid I didn’t have the right Certificate or lacked Spiritual Authority to help others. I have struggled with depression and addiction, I feared the return of shame which I have worked so hard to heal. I wondered if in the sea of the web I would get swallowed up in a whirlpool of Spiritual Helpers. I have loving supportive friends and family who allow me to be me. The only one standing in my way was Me. So what was I afraid of? The old conditioning of what I look like from the Outside. You know what, I can’t SEE what I look like from the Outside…I can only see ME from the Inside. I adopted one word that helped me move forward on my journey, Regardless. Regardless of how others see me or what they may say about me; I am Right on the Inside.

What’s a session like with Melynnda?

During a session we’ll explore some of the barriers and limiting decisions you have about living your best life.  I don’t use a set “agenda”. I tune into my higher self and talk to your higher self while we are talking one on one…kind of like two different conversations are occurring and I share with you what I am receiving. I do not go into a “trance” or channel information. I’m pretty down to earth and talk to you as a friend. Sometimes the conversation is focused on one area or relationship, or your energy. If your anxious when we start I can do some guided breathing with you.  The only thing I can really tell you to expect is homework!  It takes energy and action to move forward on your spiritual journey.  That’s what the homework is for.  Being an intuitive with a gift of healing I can help you focus on what is in your way, ready to be removed. 
All readings and questions are confidential.  I never share peoples information with others.  I don’t “read” people without their permission.  I’m not into taking sides or placing blame. 
After a session with me I may ask for a testimonial, and then you decide if I use your name or initials.

Beyond Regret

This was a question I received from a beautiful young woman:

“Do you think it’s possible to feel guilt without feeling regret? What if you had regretted something in the past, let it go, but you still feel guilty. Have you not actually let the regret go as you thought? Are those two always coupled together?”

Guilt and Regret are tied together like knots in a thin gold necklace. You can throw the necklace away as a complicated mess or you can sit down and carefully untangle the damage. If you have patience you can usually untangle it yourself. If you lose patience you may need someone else to help you.

Guilt comes from breaking your own code or the law of the land, in duality it is a cold hard fact. Regret is longing to erase the pain or change the past.
We all create lessons for our own growth. The most prevalent lessons we create are opportunities for forgiveness. We will continue to create them until we master forgiveness. When you can accept the past as the journey you chose to learn forgiveness, you can begin to live Beyond Regret.

 

Calling back your Power!

This has been a amazing week for me. It took me a year of lessons after I believed I was ready, to move forward with this website. Now, looking back over 2011, after learning so much about who I am,  I’m sure glad I didn’t!  Most of this year was spent in one kind of spiritual exercise or another. The clarity I gained was more about who I am not.  I am not a sweet loving Angel, although I love many who are. I am not an evidential Medium, but I do often connect with loved ones. I am not a Psychic who can exhume your past or a Prophet who predicts your future. I am not a Shaman but I have great respect for their practices and enjoy journeying. I am not a Channel for a Supreme Being, but I do get messages.  I am no expert on Mayan Astrology but I love interpreting energy signatures.  I am not a devotee to Sufism but have touched the face of the Beloved thru Zikr. What I have learned is that there are many sacred tools you can use to call back your power.  I practice a number of them. Once you regain your power you will have the strength to explore your life purpose. Once you discover your life purpose, you will need courage to live it!  My word for 2012 is Regardless….Regardless of what anyone else thinks, says or does, I will live MY life. I choose, above all else, to be authentic. In this moment I have called back MY Power. It is my wish to help others do the same.

1.1.12 ~ Words of Light

“Grace”

Being in the energy of Waiting for something puts you in the “parking lot” so to speak. In this moment all the happiness joy contentment peace you seek is just beyond the parking lot. Begin to visualize yourself experiencing these feelings you seek while you are moving forward in first gear…later as you gain confidence and familiarize yourself with these feelings you may decide to “shift” into second gear. Before you know it Spring will be here and you will be “Beyond” the place you were destined for this Summer. Time is much more fluid and faster than your old ways of thinking. Each milestone is closer than it appears. 12/22/11

Frequency “9”

What you call fear is actually a preset barrier to expanding beyond the current 3-D limitations. Where we now stand the idea of stripping away this barrier feels more like an exposure to harsh elements, we aren’t sure how we will react Emotionally. This is like a chemical reaction as we adjust to the new frequency. Fearlessness is an old idea tied to power. No longer is there a need to be fearless as the new frequency dissolves the ego. You ego convinces you that you are powerless, hence the need to be fearless in order to be powerfull. Now thru the veil lies the dimension where the suffix “less” & “full” is not necessary. “IS” lies beyond the illusion of the third dimension. 11/23/11

The Brotherhood of the Light

Some of you may have felt pressure in your solar plexus as if the skin is too tight and sensitive. Wearing yourself thin trying to release the pressure. Not breathing deeply enough you have stored stagnant air in your lower lungs. Breathe in deeply and slowly exhale quite forcefully 5 times should clear out your stagnant air. Begin each day with a new intention to manifest your highest vibration. We are breaking thru old codes of limits we thought were needed to stay safe. Now is the time to let go of perceived limitations and soar above this game of win and lose. No longer does it serve you. Stop in the name of LOVE. Release expectations and self imposed limits. 11/21/11
